Refund Agreement

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under specific circumstances. A refund will be issued if a service you ordered fails to complete successfully due to an error on our end or from our service providers.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been successfully delivered are strictly non-refundable. If you provide incorrect information (such as an incorrect IMEI or email address) and the service is processed, no refund will be issued.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method or your account balance within 3-5 business days. Timeframes may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team will result in immediate suspension of your account and blacklisting of your details across our network.
